Step 1:
In this first step you should gather all the images which you want to upload to your blog . Try to change the name of the image rather than "IMG11029.jpg" to your keywords like for an example take my article keywords like this "imageoptimisation.jpg". Make sure all your image should be filled with your article keywords.Step 2:
This is very important step in seo rules. Some people have knowledge on html some may not. Don't bother if you not have knowledge on html.Goto blogger dashboard > post > select the post which you want to optimise the image.

Click on properties. Then you will get a dialogue box like this. Write the keywords here in title and alt tag.
